09/03/2021 Reflection

 Today my goal was to create a study drawing from my most interesting visual research.

I didn't like the outcome as I felt rushed and therefore the facial proportions are off, so I'm going to do mini studies on a double spread page to get my ideas flowing in my own time but also to focus on quality. This afternoon, I stuck all of my secondary and primary images into my sketchbook to have as reference rather than looking at a laptop. I feel like this is helping me to motivate myself and do more physical work rather than it all being online. 

I'm not exactly sure what I want to explore specifically yet, but I feel that I will know after my artist research and PechaKucha feedback which is very important to me as I can see other people's perspective and opinions about my project.

My aim for tomorrow is to do artist research and produce sketches for my PechaKucha.
